Cancellation Policy

Massage Subscription Booking Policy: As a valued monthly massage subscriber, you’re entitled to flexible and priority booking: *Advance Booking: You may book your massage appointment up to 45 days in advance, giving you early access to your preferred dates and times. *Short-Notice Booking: You’re also welcome to book appointments with as little as 12 hours’ notice, subject to availability. *Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 8 hours before your booked time. Changes made after this window may be classed as a missed appointment. Subscription Payments: Your subscription must be active and fully paid to retain your booking privileges. If payments are missed or your subscription lapses, any future appointments will be cancelled until the subscription is reinstated.
