Are you coming to Quintatherapy for the first time? Make sure to book this, which includes a free 20-minute consultation along with your treatment selection. This way, your first treatment session won't be cut short by any forms that need to be filled out.
Cancellation Policy
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. You can reschedule appointments, online. Alternatively please text 07434 490800 or email me at emma@quintatherapy.com if you need to cancel your booking. T&Cs 1. Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, your booking fee will be fully refunded. 2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to start, the booking fee is non-refundable. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the cancellation policy terms. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
