Welcome to Quintatherapy. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.  Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations while using our website, purchasing products, or booking services.

General Information

Quintatherapy is an aromatherapy and wellness business based in the UK. We provide products, custom blends, and therapy services aimed at promoting well-being.

Eligibility

  • There is no age restriction for purchasing our products.

  • To book wellness services, you must be 16 years or older. Individuals under 16 wishing to book massage treatments must have a parent or guardian contact us directly at emma@quintatherapy.com. Additionally, a parent or guardian must attend the session.

 

Products and Services

Our offerings include aromatherapy products, essential oils, skincare, and wellness services. Please note that:

  • Our products are handcrafted and may vary slightly from images shown.

  • Custom or bespoke products are made to order and may require additional processing time.

  • Product descriptions and recommended uses are provided for informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

 

Medical Disclaimer

Our products and services are intended for relaxation and wellness. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have specific health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any of our products or services.

 

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure payment processing.

  • Orders are processed only after payment is received in full.

 

Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders received before 1 pm (Monday to Friday) are processed within 1 working day and shipped via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked. More details can be found in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  • Please ensure all delivery information is accurate to avoid delays or misdelivery.

 

Returns and Refunds

For more details, please review our Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

 

Cancellation of Services

Cancellations for wellness services must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Last-minute cancellations may incur a partial charge at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders received by 1 pm (Monday to Friday) are processed within 1 working day. Orders placed after 1 pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Exceptions: Custom or bespoke orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

 

Shipping Options and Costs

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked for reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under £35 will incur a standard shipping fee of £4.50

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over £35.

 

Delivery Time

Royal Mail 48 Tracked generally delivers within 2–3 working days of dispatch. However, please allow for potential delays during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

 

Local Delivery

We also offer free local delivery on aromatherapy products. If you're in the Bedfordshire area, please contact us at emma@quintatherapy.com to arrange local delivery.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

In the rare case of lost or delayed orders, please contact us at emma@quintatherapy.com so we can assist in locating your parcel or arranging a suitable resolution.

 

Refunds

 

Returns & Refunds on Products

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.  To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase.

Exclusions: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items, such as custom-made blends, skincare, and personal-use products, are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt with details and a photo. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Refunds on Services

Refunds for services such as consultations or treatments may be provided if cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute cancellations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at emma@quintatherapy.com with your order details. Once approved, we will provide further instructions.

Processing Your Refund

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition or after a service refund request is approved. You’ll receive a notification once the refund has been issued.
