Quintatherapy Loyalty Program: Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Quintatherapy Loyalty Program (“the Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Account Management

To participate, you must create an account on the Quintatherapy website.

Only one account is permitted per individual. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of accrued points.

Your loyalty account must be the same account used to make purchases.

Loyalty points are non-transferable between individuals or accounts.

2. Earning & Redeeming Points

Points can be earned and redeemed on purchases made through the Quintatherapy website and via our click-and-collect service.

Points cannot be earned or redeemed on purchases made at our market stall, as it operates a separate payment system.

Points can be used to purchase, or to receive a discount on, full-priced products and treatments available online.

Points hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

3. Point Expiration & Inactivity

Loyalty points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

Inactivity is defined as no purchases being made on your account during a 12-month period.

Once expired, points cannot be reinstated.

4. Updating Account Information

To update your account details (e.g., name, email address), please email emma@quintatherapy.com

Include both your old and new details in your request.

Please allow up to 7 business days for changes to be processed.

5. Program Modifications & Termination

Quintatherapy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (including these terms) at any time without prior notice.

This includes adjustments to point value, rewards offered, and any bonus promotions.

Continued participation in the Program after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Quintatherapy may suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms, or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By joining and participating in the Quintatherapy Loyalty Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
