Quintatherapy Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility



The referral program is open to existing Quintatherapy clients (“Referrers”) who hold a Quintatherapy account.


Referred friends (“New Clients”) must be genuine new customers who have never previously booked a treatment or created an account with Quintatherapy.




Referral Reward



Referrers will receive 10,000 loyalty points (£10 value) for each successful referral once the referred friend has completed their first paid treatment.


Loyalty points will be added to the Referrer’s account and can be redeemed according to the Quintatherapy Loyalty Program rules.




New Client Reward



New Clients will receive a £10 discount on their first treatment booking.


The discount is valid for their first appointment only and cannot be combined with any other offers.




Restrictions



Multiple accounts created by the same person, self-referrals, or fraudulent referrals will not be accepted.


Referrals are only valid if the New Client books and completes a treatment.


Cancellations, no-shows, or refunded appointments do not qualify for rewards.




Corporate & Online Sharing



Quintatherapy accepts no responsibility for issues that may arise from sharing referral links within workplaces, corporations, or professional groups.


Some businesses may consider referral activity to be a conflict of interest or personal gain, which could have consequences for the individual.


Similarly, sharing referral links in certain forums, online groups, or social platforms may contravene their rules.


It is the responsibility of participants to check and follow their company’s policies and the rules of any sites or groups before posting or sharing referral links.




General



Quintatherapy reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw the referral program at any time without prior notice.


Quintatherapy reserves the right to remove individuals from the Loyalty Program at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected misuse or abuse.


Points and discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.
