Quintatherapy - Treatment Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments

* All treatments are strictly by appointment only.
* Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

* No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full price of the treatment.
* Cancellations made with 7 days’ notice or more will receive a full refund.
* Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable, but appointments may be rescheduled, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
* If Quintatherapy must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

3. Behaviour Policy

* All clients are expected to behave respectfully during treatments.
* Any inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe behaviour - including aggression or harassment - will result in the immediate termination of the treatment without refund and may be reported to the authorities.

4. Children & Consent

* Clients under 16 years of age require written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
* The guardian must attend the appointment and remain in the treatment room throughout the session. They will be made comfortable during their stay.

5. Medical Information & Data Protection

* As part of your treatment, you may be asked to provide relevant **medical and personal information** to ensure your safety and suitability for treatment.
* Quintatherapy is registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) and complies with all UK data protection and confidentiality requirements**.
* Client records are kept securely for 8 years after the date of the last visit, before being permanently destroyed.
* For children, records are kept until the age of 18 years, in line with professional and legal requirements.
* You have the right to:

* View your records on request.
* Ask questions about how your data is stored and used.
* Request clarification about your rights under data protection law.

6. Health & Contraindications

* It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or relevant health concerns before your treatment.
* Certain treatments may not be suitable in some cases, and your therapist may decline to proceed or adapt the treatment for your safety.

7. Liability

* While every effort is made to ensure your safety and comfort, Quintatherapy cannot accept responsibility for any adverse reactions or issues that may arise where information has been withheld or misrepresented by the client.

8. General

* By booking and attending an appointment, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
* Quintatherapy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
* Quintatherapy reserves the right to remove individuals from the Loyalty Program at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected misuse or abuse.
